A unique I.C.E. plan has been developed to aid in assessing the best way to handle your
individual needs.
I - Identify menu needs. Perhaps your diet calls for no or low carbohydrates, or your doctor
has restricted your salt intake, or maybe you just want to try new foods but dislike cooking.
We have a chef to help. Each dinner will be created based on information you've provided
at an in-home meeting. During this meeting we can explore the nutritional value and health
benefits of certain foods. The information is assessed to best meet your requirements.
C - Create Meal Plan - After gathering and assessing the information, I create a two week meal
plan that includes a main entree and a side dish. The plan is presented to you for your
approval and a cooking day is scheduled.
E - Execute - Finally cooking day has arrived and it's time to execute the plan. Ingredients
are purchased same day to insure quality and freshness and brought to your home where all
meals will be prepared to your specifications. Meals are refrigerated/frozen and include
heating instructions. You can rest assured knowing that all meals are prepared using the
parameters set forth by you! Meals are ready for your enjoyment when you choose!
A Chef To Call Your Own takes great pride in using only the best quality meats, poultry and
seafood. Vegetables and herbs are harvested same day whenever possible.
