How are the meals delivered?
Meals are delivered on Mondays on the date of your
delivery. We are able to give a two hour window in which to expect your
delivery. Many clients choose to have their meals delivered to
work if they have the refrigerator space available.
Can I just order one meal at a time?
Yes, but it needs to meet the order requirements for
the area covered.

How much freezer space do you need?
None if you wish not to. Meals are delivered every week.
Meals arrive fresh and stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 5 days
until you are ready to enjoy them. Most meals can be frozen if you
want them to last longer. However, they are best enjoyed fresh.
How will my meals be packaged?
Your meals are packaged in microwave safe containers and labeled for
you convenience. This means you can heat your entrees in your
microwave or oven, whichever is most convenient for you. All meals
will be packaged family-style with heating instructions for microwave and conventional
ovens.
How difficult is it to heat meals?
Heating meals is very easy and convenient.
You will receive heating instructions with your delivery. All
entrees you elect to freeze should be defrosted overnight in your
refrigerator prior to re-heating.
How long will the food last us?
Each entree will last in the refrigerator about
5 days. Any longer than that and we recommend you freeze them.
Depending on how many entrees your order, and how many evenings
you eat at home, you can determine approximately how long your meals
will last. If you travel for business, or entertain in restaurants
during the week, or just enjoy eating out on occasion the meals will
take you further than if you eat one each night. Service can be
scheduled as often as you need it, there are no contracts.

When you consider the cost of groceries, the time to plan an variety of
healthy meals, shopping, cooking and clean up time, you'll find the
pricing to be quite affordable. Not to mention the time and cost
involved in eating out at restaurants. You and your family can
dine in the comfort of your home on healthy foods.
What is included in my meal?
Everything this listed in
your entree selection, including starch's, vegetables, sauces, and
sometimes breads.

What payment options are there?
Payments options are as follows:
- Cash preferred
- Personal checks - For HOME DELIVERIES ONLY
- Credit Card - For now - We will call to obtain credit card info
- Gift Certificate - Makes a great gift.
- Orders do not include an (8% meals tax)
